The Trump administration asked the United Nations to reprimand China and Russia for selling refined petroleum products to North Korea in violation of the international body's sanctions against Pyongyang, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The news report quoted a declassified intelligence briefing saying that Chinese and Russian firms continue to help North Korea import oil products in excess of U.N.-mandated caps.
